Shop & office reinstatement
- • Hand-back inspection coordination: restore partitions, skim and repaint per landlord/management checklist.
- • Night / off-peak works: mall units can start after 10pm to minimise impact on neighbouring tenants.
- • Legal waste disposal: licensed hauliers, entry certificates provided, EPD-compliant.
- • Suspended ceilings, raised floors, signage removal: structure preserved; mains supply safely isolated before work.
Tiling · waterproofing
- • Bathrooms, kitchens and balconies always receive two waterproofing layers + a 24-hour flood test; tiling only after passing.
- • For leaks in older buildings we do source diagnosis first (upstairs / external wall / pipework) — we don't randomly cut walls.
- • We provide a 3-year waterproofing warranty, in writing.
